3. Listing Claims and Sponsorships

Ranch owners may claim their listings and purchase sponsorship subscriptions. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that all information provided is accurate.

Sponsorship Terms:

• Sponsorships are billed annually at $499/year
• All payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to verify ownership before approving claims
• Sponsorship benefits are subject to change with notice

4. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including listing information, reviews, or comments), you grant GameFarmRanch.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
