Canyon River Ranch

Absolutely gorgeous grounds dog friendly amazing condos great pool and the restaurant is unbeatable with daily choices including their own garden selections and locally sourced ingredients. It's right on the River canyon and you have riverviews directly from your room. We visit every year. Dozens of hiking trails, river rafting and floating, fly fishing, you name it.

Location is a tad bit remote (between Yakima and Ellensburg) but that's what makes it perfect! Beautiful rooms overlooking the Yakima River and the basalt cliffs beyond. Extremely helpful and caring staff.

We had the best experience here. Beautiful. Our room was great, spacious, clean, roomy. We tried the river float activity. Absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant was open the first night and we experience a wonderful dinner. They close down Mon-Wed. Breakfast burritos offered as a breakfast option. We would stay again.

My wife surprised me with a birthday celebration at the lodge. She worked with the Chef Kevin from the grille and the Red's crew to put together an amazing evening. The venue was warm and accommodating to our needs of 50 or so guests with amazing food and warm attentive service. Thank you all!
