West Kerr Ranch

Fantastic Axis hunt at West Kerr Ranch! Beautiful ranch, nice clean facilities, plentiful game, and great people! My nephew and I were both able to harvest nice bucks. The game is free ranging over a large acreage and is a “fair chase” hunt. Going back in December and I can’t wait!

Had a phenomenal experience! Took my son on his first hunting trip and the West Kerr Ranch did not disappoint one bit. Mike was our guide and he went above and beyond to give us plenty of experiences and stories to talk about for a long time. Bagged a beautiful Axis doe and saw just about every species this ranch has to offer. I highly recommend and I look forward to going back again in the future.

Highly recommended. My wife and I just came back from a 4 days hunting and we are very happy and pleased with the whole experience. It is a beautiful ranch and the game is amazing. Our guide Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. The hunting camp was clean and comfortable. The food, prepared by Efrain was delicious and very well presented. We had great communication with Ashley, the ranch manager. She answered all my questions promptly and made sure we felt at home while in the ranch.

This ranch is amazing! The amount and quality of wildlife is really incredible. I’ve done two exotic hunts here and the ranch is so big we are constantly seeing different species in different areas of the ranch. The animals are pretty relaxed and have a lot of cover to hide in with large senderos to come out and feed in. The whole experience is awesome. Very exciting hunts with a lot of action. Chris is a great guide! Lodge and camp is awesome. Very clean cabins with everything you need. We will definitely be back again!

The West Kerr Ranch exceeds every expectation from accommodations, to food, and exceptional guides. Ashley was easy to coordinate with, responsive with any questions, and has curated destination experiences for all hunters. Our bunkhouse was outfitted for comfort before and after a long hunt. And the deck…you could see forever. It is perfect for coffee and a beautiful sunrise or relaxing after a day of stalking. Our guide, Robert Yuras, was also our chef (and I mean chef). The food was incredible and the conversations were just as good. Argentina night should be experienced by all hunters at the West Kerr Ranch. We arrived at camp in the early evening, went straight to the range, then out for a hunt. The effort Robert put into this hunt was remarkable to watch. He was also a fantastic communicator for terrain, pointing out other wildlife beyond the Axis, and educating with eye opening details that will be relevant for years to come. We walked nearly 29 miles over 2.5 days and in the side by side for just as many or more on this 10,500 acre ranch.
