Epic weekend at the Wild Acres Lodge! We (a group of 6 guys for a bachelor party) did the 'All-Inclusive Weekend Combo Hunt' which included 2 hunts (thermal hunt & stand hunt), drinks, food, and all sorts of other cool activities like clay shooting, axe throwing, and pond fishing. This was a trip we won't soon forget. Our guides for the thermal hunt (Steven & Austin) were fantastic, and Tommy took great care of us at the lodge. The lodge itself was super clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Great selection of beer & liquor, and really good food. Also worth noting that my group was from The Bahamas - meaning we were relatively new to hunting, and could not bring our own guns. Brett (one of the owners) made sure that we could still be accommodated, and made sure we had an excellent weekend. I can't stress enough that everything about the Three Curl Outfitters operation is legit... We learned a ton, enjoyed ourselves, felt safe, and made memories that will last a lifetime. Can't wait to return!

My first review was too long and got blocked by Google, but this place is fantastic. We had terrific food made fresh by David, and we even forgot a few things at the lodge. And he met us in Arlington and gave them to us. Our leading guide was Steven, a top-notch lad who took us hog hunting two nights in a row. On our second night Dalton came with us too, and he even caught my dad from falling in some mud. And on the third night, we went bow fishing with Steven and Peyton. Overall it was an extraordinary experience. I would recommend three curls to everyone I know and will most definitely be coming back.

Brett thank you for a great hog hunt. Cory is a great guide, very knowledgeable, great at explaining how things will go before we get into the field so when we were in front of the hogs everything went smoothly. Being hunters we know the pigs don't always cooperate. He worked hard and we went to different locations to find the pigs. He got us on 2 different sets of pigs, and if we could hit em better we'd be bringing 7 of em home, instead of one. They are tough animals and we lost em to the thickets. We learned best to stay on one pig til its down. We showed up a day early because we had our dates mixed up and Brett saved us huge by opening up the lodge earlier, no one was there, so we didn't have to find accommodations. The lodge is a perfect setup and was comfortable. We also found a great barbecue place only 12 mins away in Maypearl. Drew's barbecue anyone staying there check em out. Tommy is THE BEST! He took me and 3 other women out on a hog hunt, and although the hogs weren’t out like they usually are, he never gave up. We got us on some great hogs and we were all able to get a few hogs! I will definitely be back! 🤘🏼

Three Curl will forever have our business. Opening day for dove started out slow for us; Three Curl helped us out and gave us another area to try in the evening and we killed it (had 37 birds between 3 of us)! These guys go above and beyond to help their clients. Thanks guys!
