Just returned from an Axis deer hunt at Rock Creek Ranch’s Llano, TX property. The accommodations were comfortable and the food was absolutely top notch. The guide put me on a nice Axis Buck the first day and we harvested it after a good stalk. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Cliff got me on a great group of Axis Bucks within 20 minutes of our first hunt spotting and stalking with my 9 year old son. Ended up waiting the group out in some heavy brush and took a fantastic buck right before dark. Animals were very wild but very healthy with great genetics. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Food was fantastic with Taylor’s cooking. Overall great experience at a beautiful ranch with knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant hosts.

Rock Creek did not disappoint, Cliff was attentive and patient with my wife Melissa. He talked her through what to expect and the shot on a beautiful 41.5” Scimitar Bull. Chef Taylor’s cooking was amazing, the pecan pie cheese cake was delicious!! Thank you we’ll be back!!!
