We took our own experienced dogs to do an unguided morning pheasant hunt. Cord was very accommodating of our request to hunt over our own dogs. Joe - the bird tech - placed the birds in a huge pasture field just prior to our arrival. We enjoyed the cover level and the upkeep of the fields, so briars and brambles didn't tear up our dogs' feet or create tripping hazards. Quality establishment for sure compared to some others we have hunting with over the years. We were served a gourmet lunch upon our return to the lodge after 3 hours of hunting - amazing. The entire staff is gracious and attentive. We will be back to hunt again and are contemplating a corporate event at the lodge next winter.

We have hunted there many times and always had an excellent hunt. Incredible staff and dogs as well as the best dining you will find anywhere. Chef Cruz is always going beyond our expectations with the menu. Facilities are top notch and accommodate any size group. The 5 stand is always challenging and the drinks are always cold.

Great experience here with our group. Hunts were all well planned, guides were helpful and dogs well trained. Game room with poker table and shuffleboard or covered fire pit made for fun nights after the hunt. Food is amazing and that’s not an exaggeration. Added this to our yearly trips for sure
