Flying L Ranch Resort

The only good thing about this hotel is a large pool. Not sure if it's functional in winter. Claustrophobic, old room with a view on two giant cisterns. Air conditioner did work but with the airplane sound. Crappy food. Horrible bed. Very dark inside in the room although main lobby is nice. Beautiful landscape and I guess if you play golf, it could be fun. Either than that I don't get this at all. So sorry to say this but I'm honest. Oh yeah and it was close to $200 on Expedia.

It's a cute, quiet, clean get away. I got rest undisturbed, thanks. Deer do run the property so be on the look out as they are quite numerous. I appreciate the hospitality. Great on the spot find, while reservations were not required this time, it is the type of place with business group stay and activities or family reunions in mind but offered amazing value and hospitality to the overnight traveler. Thanks again.

Played 8-9-25 course was in very good condition lush and green. Love the bunkers with the white sand. Wish they had pin placement chart. One of my favorite courses.

Course was beautiful but got rained out. Had a tee time for 4 people but 2 didn’t show up and had us start earlier than expected. Was confused though because when I checked online and called to book I was told $55 but ended up paying $70 and not sure what for.

The ranch/resort is beautiful and we had a great time. We rented 3 rooms and other than the air conditioning being a little subpar in 1 room, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. It is also very close to town, will stay there again.
