My experience at Walhonding Woods Hunting Lodge was amazing. The people who own/run we met became family with their warm hospitality and welcoming spirit. The other guests we met became fast friends also. The accommodations are luxurious and when you're in the preserve it feels like another world with the wide variety of animals to see. Walhonding Woods is a diffinately a 5 star. The hunting is awesome. But the lodge, accommodations, and the home cook meals with great people make the hunt!!

Had a great time hunting with Steve Jason and Shelly.They treated us like we had been friends for years.Very laid back and super friendly family oriented run facility. The quality of Deer is out of this world. This was my first time going on any kind of guided hunt so i was not sure what to expect but they made it a great experience. Cant wait to do it again next year.

We had the best trip at Walhonding! The lodge and bunk house are beautiful with plenty of lodging for a large group of adults and kiddos. As the cook on the trip I can't say enough how amazing the main kitchen was and how big the other 2 kitchens are. For anyone that loves to cook and entertain the space is definitely one of a kind! The wildlife on the property are so beautiful and huge and our first day riding through the woods DID NOT disappoint! We saw so many deer and some huge champions. Definitely will be back soon!
