What a fun day! So many animals. You can see that the animals are well taken care of. Our tour person was very nice and knowledgeable. We opted for the private tour and got to pick a few pets to pet. My friend’s kids absolutely loved it. Makes for a great gift.

It was so amazing to see the animals taken care of and happy. The staff has a lot of knowledge and were courteous and helpful during the tour. Feeding them and petting them was so relaxing and a lot of fun. Not crowded on weekdays and seemed to have plenty of parking.

My wife and I visited on the weekend and had scheduled the half hour otter experience in advance. We arrived a half hour earlier, thankfully, as they had so many other attractions we hadn't made ourselves aware of! A really awesome place with some really cool animals. The entire staff was very pleasant, especially the zoologist, Paige, that ran our otter experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, very outgoing, and made the whole experience that much better! Highly recommend going and doing at least one of there special experiences, they have so many with animals that you cant get the same experience anywhere else. Make sure you leave time to see the rest as well!!

The staff/caretakers were wonderful and so well informed. We had a great time walking around to see all the animals. Our main focus was meeting Hazel and the experience did not disappoint. She was a gentle and full of personality. Marshall did a wonderful job answering all our questions, of which we had many.

What a cute place! The staff were amazing and kind. I booked a 1 hr tour for my daughters and I'm glad I did. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. He answered all of the 10000 questions my daughter had. I enjoyed the fact that it was a smaller sanctuary. I will definitely be going back.
