Saltgrass Outdoors Lodge - Fishing Charter - Hunting Trips

This was our third visit to the Lodge within the last 4 years; it was once again another awesome experience. Stayed 3 nights and booked 2 days of inshore fishing with Captain Chief. Caught our fair share of fish for sure, due mostly to Chief’s extreme patience, guidance, knowledge and passion. The meals served are scrumptious; Chef Catarina is awesome! Raymond, the owner, is hands on and continues to show his true passion and vision for Saltgrass Outdoors. We look forward to our next trip! Thank you!

Had a great experience at Saltgrass lodge!! Food was good, rooms were clean and fishing was great. Ike was our guide and did a great job. I’ll be back!!

VERY windy weather forced us to cancel the day of so we can’t comment on the fishing, other than the group that came in the evening before from fishing killed it. Service was friendly, room was comfortable, and food was excellent. We hope to stay here again sometime and hopefully fish.

This place is amazing and an experience of a lifetime for anyone looking to catch Red fish or duck hunt. I stayed 4 days with my 9yr old son and am so glad I choose to stay at the Saltgrass. The owner Raymond provides a charming location with fine dining at his lodge. His personal attention to detail and going the extra mile for his guests is why I recommend staying here. Not to mention he has the best fishing .and hunting guides. We caught trophy size red fish of 38 and 42 inches. Thank you Raymond and Ike for an incredible experience.

Visited the lodge for 2.5 days of fishing.. We had a great time overall. The lodge is nice with good amenities.. Chef Kevin did a great job with the food! Breakfast lunch and dinner were all excellent. Lunches were box lunches packed up and handed to us as we headed out to the boats. All of the captains were great for everybody in our party. We had adverse conditions for fishing, but we still managed to bring home quite a bit of fish.
