Louisiana Outfitters Waterfowl Lodge

Great experience. Late season hunt this week. Had brutally cold weather for being down south. Lodge was great. 3 bedrooms with bunks for 4 in each room. 3 full bathrooms in the house so you never had to go outside! lol. Large living area with awesome mounts and plenty of seating and 2 tables for cards. Separate set up for all of your booz. Also had a mudroom for storing all of the gear complete with couch and 24 hr sportsman channel. Lodge has ammo and other items in stock for purchase should you forget something, not want to travel with it, or just plain want to purchase a souvenir. House also has skeet shooting for practice and fun after the hunt. Food was absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our trip. Guides were awesome. Lots of opportunities with multiple field and marsh opportunities to find the ducks. We had a rough spot with frontal weather and windchills down to 5 and a half inch of ice on the roads. Scott and his team never gave up and got us opportunities although the shooting could have been a little better at times. Such is hunting! Would definitely return!

Scott and his crew run a top notch outfit. They got us on some teal! Had a 4 man limit with four men in a little over an hour. Very professional. Would recommend to anybody trying to get some birds.
