Whitetail Heaven Outfitters

I have never used an outfitter before so was not sure what to expect. But I can say that this was one of the best and nicest hunting experiences I have had. The lodging and accommodations were phenomenal. Stayed in a Kentucky horse farm. Beautiful place rolling hills Beautiful horses everywhere 1st class. The food was delicious home-made and plenty of it. I think I put on 10 lbs while I was there. Wonderful Southern cooking. We started out with a cold front and full moon. Still saw lots of nice bucks. As the week progressed. Started seeing bigger and better bucks. It was fun. My guides Hunter and Mire were excellent and worked hard to get me on a big 150+ shooter. They wouldn't let me help with anything and we some of the nicest people you could ever ask for to be a good friend. I see why Tevis has so many repeat customers. I know I have started building life time relationship. Overall I can recommend Whitetail Heaven to anyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Had an absolute blast down there for the velvet opener. Saw well over 60+ deer throughout my time with multiple bucks. Tevis and Andrew did a great job taking care of things. Food, Lodging and properties are absolutely unbelievable. I recommend Whitetail heaven anyone looking to hunt Kentucky!! Best outfit I’ve been too.

I tried them once in Kansas and would never use this outfit again. They prioritize there clients/hunt locations by if they know you. If they don’t know you, you get worst locations and target bucks at 130 that’s the minimum to shoot. Not to mention our 18yr old guide showed up 4 days prior to opening day and tried to setup pops, stands and feed bait 4 days prior to use showing up in camp. I wasn’t taken care of, wasn’t shown target buck pics as they had none showing up 4 days prior. This outfits all about quantity not quality. They take 40 people in at a time and only a few have a successful hunt and those are who they know, there client friends.

Now hunted Kansas in November 2024. The lodging was an air b and b which was fine. They did not provide the meals as advertised, we were told to keep receipts which we did and never got reimbursed. The two guides one being the owners son who couldn’t have been more than 15 years old, were hardly any help at all. They would drop us a pin for a stand and that’s all you ever heard from them. One guy in our hunting party killed a nice buck, they took it to the processor afterwards we were unable to get in contact with the guides about pickup of the deer at processor. We ended up asking around at gas stations in the area about processors and eventually found the guys deer. We were to go duck hunting one morning the two young guides were an hour and a half late to the show up to say the least that was a bust. I hate to leave such a bad review but our hunt package was nothing of what was advertised. Do your self a solid and spend your money else where

I would recommend WHO to anyone looking for an outfitter. They offer a complete package. The accommodations were top notch and the hunting was exciting. I killed a great velvet buck and enjoyed my hunt for the 2025 Kentucky opener.
