What an awesome experience! Took Son and Son in law for Christmas gift and we had a blast. John our guide for Quail shooting and fishing was the so great. Food by Debbie was off the charts too. Coming back!!

My son and I have taken several fishing trips to Canada. This year we decided to try a southern bass fishing trip. We chose Live Oak and were not disappointed. Live Oak Plantation is simply spectacular. John was a fabulous guide during our 3 days of fishing, knowing the lakes like the back of his hand. I think he was the most attentive guide we have ever had. The accomodations and meals were equally impressive. We will be back!

Mary made our stay exceptional. She was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Debbie's home cooked breakfast every morning was out of this world! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy and the grits were so creamy and smooth. Everything was absolutely delicious. We could not have asked for a better stay. The setting is absolutely beautiful in every direction and provided a wonderfully peaceful getaway from every day life.
