Thank you for taking such good care of us! The food was great the guides were fantastic, and the lodge and bunk house was clean and loaded with good times. Such a well run family based adventure. My 12 and 10 year old sons and I have made memories that will last a lifetime. We had plenty of opportunities for gators and hogs and were 100% successful in both. The staff were patient and helped teach my boys to be safe and respectful around firearms. I would highly recommend Gods country outfitters.

Just got done staying at God's Country from July 18-23rd. the accomodations, staff and whole experience was phoenomenal. RT, Ms. Natalie, their family and crew made us feel at home. if you're looking for an Osceola Turkey, Alligator, wild hog or fishing trip, most definitely consider God's Country. You won't leave disappointed.

God’s Country Outfitters is simply top notch. They provide an amazing experience from the moment you arrive and throughout your trip for hunters of all skill levels. Whether you are looking to chase an Osceola, hook into a monster alligator, or do your part to help control the wild boar population - God’s Country has delivered time after time. The guides and staff are friendly, professional, and a pleasure to spend time with. We came as clients but left as friends and had the experience of a life time! If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would because I can’t recommend them enough!

God’s Country Outfitters made a dream come true and saved my little boys spring break. After weather ruined our turkey hunting plans and the chance for him to get his first bird, Gods Country said they could solve that problem, and did. Steve was an excellent guide. The guy is the Turkey Whisperer. He helped my little man bag his first turkey the first morning. Then put me on a bird the next morning. The lodge was amazing. The food was great. I think I gained 20 pounds in 3 days. This was the best hunting experience of my life, and that is because of the operation God’s Country runs. Thank you all for the great experience! We can’t wait to see you all next March!

Best outfitter experience we’ve had. Immediate success, perfect overall experience. My wife and I went together and had a great time. Aften was there to film, and me to hunt my first Osceola. Katie greeted us at the door and showed us around the lodge. We were given a private cabin with our own bathroom. The lodge and cabins were first class. Not at all what you’d expect at a hunting camp. Someplace you could definitely take a spouse and everyone would be happy and more than comfortable, even a non-hunter. Everything seemed brand new, very clean, well appointed, decorated nicely. Even the toilet paper was high quality! We were only in camp a little less than 24 hours because the guide had us on a bird in less than an hour our first afternoon, and we had our bird cleaned and were back in camp while the sun was still up. Awesome experience with Austin and Steve in the field. We saw another hunter we met in camp come back after getting his bird in less than an hour the next morning, completing his grand slam, with FOUR beards! Wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t seen it. We could have stayed and would have enjoyed a few more days in camp, but being so close to Orlando, I’d promised my wife some roller coasters at Universal if we got our turkey early. The food was excellent. There were folks cooking in the kitchen it seemed like all day, preparing each of breakfast lunch or dinner. This was not a grab and go situation. Perhaps at 5am, yes, but by 10, when hunters were returning, there were fresh biscuits, steak and eggs, and cheese grits coming off the stove. Dinner our first night was fresh fried crappie and fried alligator, green bean casserole (same recipe my mom used to make), baked beans, and a selection of local sauces for the fish and alligator. Oh, some fresh brownies with chocolate chips didn’t hurt either. Before dinner there were fresh apps out for hunters returning from the field - I remember spinach dip, deviled eggs and chicken and waffles in a bite size presentation. Absolutely awesome and really creative. There was a large coffee bar in the lodge and a coffee maker in the room. In the lodge, even mid morning the coffee makers were full of water. Typically when folks are busy with other things something like filling the coffee maker could go overlooked, but they don’t miss a detail here. There was a drink machine to grab what you needed, a selection of bourbons for the guests, and a shooting simulator video game that was very cool! They also have an excellent cleaning and refrigeration facility to take care of your harvest. This feels like a family owned and operated establishment. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. Service we haven’t experienced before. We will definitely be back and have already booked our next trip! Charles, one of the owners and operators, was very present, engaging and helpful. I should also mention, in the time leading up to the trip we exchanged emails and phone calls with several folks from GCO, including Charles, and everyone was very willing to answer questions, and was very accommodating. I’d give them 6 stars if we could.
