Riverbend Hunting Lodge

Riverbend is great, everyone is nice and they treat you like family when you stay. Food is excellent and the hunting is good. I go yearly to hunt hogs (3 day trip) and have never failed to see some. Raised stands, tree stands, ground blinds they have it all. Even if it's your first time on a paid hunt they will take good care of you, explain anything you ask.

I went to Riverbend with 7 other guys in February 2018. In 3 days we saw 2 pigs, one of which was killed. Hunting was bad, the stands were littered with water bottles and garbage. The lodge was ok, but one room was full of those Asian lady bugs, and I mean full. I had never seen anything like it. The food was ok but not great. Mitch seemed like a good guy but distracted. The thing that gets me most is that Mitch said that he would ship the one hog that was killed. That was 6 months ago and no hog. They have not responded to emails or phone calls. Don't go here for a hog hunt you are likely to be disappointed.

Just finished a hunt here. The guys running it are amazing, great personalities! The hunting was great. Best time I've had in a long time. Working with the crew to book our next trip back
