Triangle X Ranch

Triangle X Ranch is a great ranch. It’s only 30 minutes away from the Jackson hole airport and has beautiful views of the Tetons mountains. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and the horse wranglers that you go on rides with are very knowledgeable about horse riding. I have gone here for 7 years now and it is the best place in the world. If you want a unforgettable Wyoming experience then this is a must.

A Bucket List Experience! We just came back from a 7 day Pack Trip, 20 miles up the Buffalo Fork Trail in the Teton Wilderness. What an incredibly beautiful camping trip! We were a group of 10 family and friends. Our Wranglers- Donnie, Cole , Jack and Logan couldn't have been more accommodating! Delicious food, great day trips all ended up around our nightly campfire...with lots of laughs! Incredible day rides included the horses taking us up over 10,000ft into the high alpine- where we were treated to amazing 360 degree views. Horses and Mules were excellent and unbelievably sure footed on all the mountain trails. Celeste in the Triangle X office was very accomodating and excellent to deal with. Note- For even semi-experienced riders- 16 mile days are challenging. We had a beginner rider and a older experienced rider (74) who found those rides quite challenging.

My son and I did a guided fishing trip with Sierra. I was clear when booking that my son would be using a spinning reel and I'd be using a fly rod. I was also clear that my son should get the most focus while on the trip. Sierra was great but admitted that she didn't have ANY experience on fishing using a spinning reel. And it showed during the trip. My suggestion for guests would be to specifically ask for guides experienced in what kind of rod you want to focus on. My suggestion for Triangle X would be to select guides based on type of reel customers select.

Did a guided fishing trip with Sierra and had a great experience! She is an excellent fisherman and has a wonderful personality. We had fun and caught some very nice cutthroat trout. I'll be calling again to fish with her. John

If you've ever been to one of those places that welcome you and make you feel part of the family, this is the place! BEAUTIFUL place, comfortable rooms, awesome staff, delicious food! Celeste who was my main contact at the ranch is great and she followed through with all the details. The wife already said she is ready to come back! I cannot wait!
