Pheasant Grove Hunting Club

Had a fantastic hunt with Ken and his crew last week. We hunted with Bart and his two GSPs, Mazie and Swayzie, and they really made our afternoon great. It was so cool to watch the dogs working so well in concert with the guide, and when they got on point, we had ample opportunity to get in position for a good shot. The birds were very healthy looking and super fun to get after. We would highly recommend hunting with Ken at Pheasant Grove!

Brought my 16 month old German shorthair for her first hunt and Ken was great, I highly recommend Pheasant grove and I’ll be back again.

So this morning I had a chance to hunt pheasant grove. I had an absolute blast!! I hunted pheasant and first time ever chukar. These birds are supreme, the colouring, size you name it! I was treated like I was at home from getting out of the truck. The guides, Ken true professionals!!! I'll be back soon that 100% for sure. Thanks again for the memories!

Great birds! They really flush up and fly fast! Bart was a great guide with good dogs and Ken was very polite and helpful. Only issue I had was paying for ten birds and only getting seven. Sure, I missed em, I was just getting used to my new benelli. But that was an extra $75 for birds I didn't bring home. Will be back though. Hopefully with a group.

This place is awesome. Ken is very professional coordinating everything, which made scheduling very easy. Terrain is walkable with plenty of spots for birds to hide. Birds healthy and beautiful as well. Also noteworthy is this place was 15 degrees cooler than slc, which helps make it a superior habitat for the birds — particularly better than other places I’ve hunted on the Wasatch front. Our guide, Jeff, was super professional and actually GUIDED. Really knew the land, had two dogs that was incredibly responsive to him, and led us on an awesome hunt. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
