Low Country Hunting Lodge

Jeff is truly an expert in hog and whitetail hunting. As first time hog hunters he took several hours to explain what we could expect and how to hint them. In three nights we only saw one hog, big moon and lack of rain was Against us. Still we walked away feeling like it was a good hut. Remember is called hunting and not shooting! Amy is the best cook on the east coast. We only had gourmet fabulous meals. We will be going back for another try. Even though is 1100 miles away.

3 of us spent 4 days at LCHL last week and no words can describe the entire experience we had. We brought home 2 hogs from the trip but that was just icing on the cake. Jeff and Amy go above and beyond making you feel at home and truly able to relax from the moment you arrive. I was the least experienced hunter on the trip and Jeff took all the time in the world to make sure I was completely comfortable with the equipment and procedure making sure we were all ready to go. Every question was not only answered but then there would be a fascinating story or two based on the original topic just giving you so much knowledge and building a foundation you will remember moving forward. The food Amy prepared was outstanding and we all gained a few lbs during our time but in all seriousness, this was a week I will never forget and that is all thanks to Jeff and his family. Can't wait to go back next year!!!

The only reason I'm giving LCHL a five-star rating is because I can't give them a higher one, Jeff and Mike run a first-class hunting lodge and along with Amy providing great meals and desserts you couldn't ask for anything more. Jeff put us on Hogs every night a provided us with the knowledge to be successful. I wouldn't want to forget Jeff and Amy's boy's (Bo and Will). They did a great job getting us to and from our stands, helping Jeff load up the Hogs and them helping skin and quarter them. We are already taking about and will be booking another trip for next year. Thanks for all your hard work and making our stay a memorable one!

Not everyone on their first nighttime hog hunting gets to see an animal this size. This was my experience and Jeff walked me through every step of the way. Amy furnished us with fabulous meals. It was a great time and I strongly encourage you to consider this as your primary hunting adventure.

Jeff, Amy and Bo just hosted my 3 day/night "get away from it all and just hunt" trip this past weekend. The stands are perfectly located and meticulously maintained and very comfortable with nice office type chairs in all the ones I was in. The Lodge was perfect and the food was excellent (thank you Amy!). I highly recommend them to anyone. The attention to detail Jeff and the crew take are evident in every aspect of my experience. I can't wait to go back 😎
