Rock Springs Ranch

Hands down one of the best venues I have worked at. Audra is a dream to work with and makes the process so easy and smooth from beginning to end. I am a wedding planner/coordinator and I had the pleasure of being able to work with Audra and Rock Springs Ranch this year and I was blown away at everything. The cabins are beautiful, the space is so well taken care of and there are so many possibilities for where to set up and create your own vision for the day. Audra made everything so easy, was quick to respond and answer questions and made herself available for tours around our schedules. It was a dream to work here and I can't say enough good things about this wedding venue!

We had our wedding here for many reasons - the beautiful landscape, the location that is just outside of town but still accessible, the inside/outside capabilities, and the cabins that allowed all of our closest friends and family to stay on site with us. Audra is thoughtful and communicative. She and her team set up all our chairs and tables which took a huge load off of our crew. Overall the day was more than we could have hoped for and I think that was in no small part to this venue.

We chose to have our wedding at Rock Springs Ranch because it offered a completely exclusive experience and was close enough to Bend to allow our guests traveling the chance to enjoy Bend and our wedding day. Not many other venues in the area offered the entire property to yourself and we loved that about RSR. We rented the cabins for our wedding party and significant others which was so amazing! When the DJ and bartenders left for the night, we were able to stay up a little longer and enjoy our evening with our cabin guests which was so special. We opted to do everything outside, ceremony; dinner and dancing, and it was set up so beautifully. I would recommend booking your wedding at Rock Springs Ranch!

I don’t even know where to begin! Audra at Rock Springs Ranch is the best. Helpful, resourceful and so much fun to work with. This venue is absolutely stunning and checked all the boxes. We had the best wedding and would do it all over again because our experience was perfect.

The ranch was so beautiful and had a variety of vendors to meet our different needs. Audra helped us think through what we needed and really understood us and what we were trying to do. It was a relaxing venue with lots of ways to glam up and sparkle. We enjoyed the cabins , main lodge area and bridal suite. Everything worked well. We had two thunderstorms and no one seemed to notice that we quickly shifted the dance floor inside because of the terrific cooperation and thoughtfulness of the vendors. It was an amazing beautiful wedding and wouldn’t have been successful without the great communication, patience, thoughtfulness, and understanding what our vision was.
