Luckiamute Valley Pheasants

We had a great hunt. Found lots of birds. It was really nice having our birds cleaned at the end. The poor review is based on comments before and after the hunt. Chuck made fun of my dog at least 4 times. Whether it was his ability or size, it was clear that Chuck didn't like him. Also, it was made clear that missing a bird is frowned upon. They claim the birds are actually hit and you as a hunter didn't put in enough time to find said bird. They spoke poorly regarding previous clients whom didn't live up to their standards. This comes off as an old man's club, which isn't accepting new applicants, just your money.

Chuck is a great guy and the birds are strong. Great company and dogs from our guide! A fun and productive experience!

What an outstanding place! Having worked in the hunting club business myself for a few years, I can say without a doubt they do it right at Luckiamute. I took a couple of work clients on a pheasant hunt and it did not disappoint. Chuck and his crew are very professional, warm, and friendly. Even on a very windy and rainy day my crew was two birds short of our full limit by 3pm. One thing that's amazing, is all your birds are processed, bagged and put on ice in a cooler to take home at the end of the day. All you have to do is show up, have a good time and knock some birds down. If you can, ask for Rob and his dog Tucker, they're so fun and get you on the birds. I'll definitely be back.
