First time on a guided hunt ( cow elk ). Paul Ellis was a great guide and he's high on my list of impressive men that I've encountered in my life. Two tags and and two cows down by 9:30 AM but his professionalism, ability and work ethic were what scored with me.

I booked the spring cow elk hunt with Paul Ellis. We saw at least 150 elk in 2 herds. Health and age restrict my climbing ability. Paul worked hard to get me in position. We collected a cow elk at 265 yards the afternoon of the first day. Paul is courteous and well prepared. I recommend him and will book with him again.

My husband and I have pheasant hunted at Ellis Ranch several times this year and enjoyed every minute. The cover is good and Paul always helps to make your visit fun.
