Rafter F Hunts - Cimarron Canyon Outfitters

It is a very nice place to go hunting as a group. The staff is excellent. There is a full size kitchen. There are about 6-7 bedrooms that have two twin beds in each one. There are two separate full baths with large walk in showers and a laundry room. There is also a full bar and a lounge area with 7 recliners. Outside there is an area to sight your weapons. They have guided tours to duck hunt, bow fishing, and are starting an exotic game area. They also have a 160 acre area to pig hunt. There is around 10 blinds and tree stands. At night you can thermal hunt if you choose to. The staff cleans and quarters all the game you shoot. All you do is bring the coolers to pack them.

I took my 8 year old son to Rafter F last year for a hog hunt. It was our first hog hunt and I wasn't sure what to expect. We were very impressed with all aspects of the operation. The lodge was excellent. It has many bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms, commons area, and the kitchen were spotless. I was very impressed with the staff. Bobby and Ricky were great with my son and took care of all the retrieval and quartering of the animals. The meat was well cared for and placed in their walk-in cooler immediately. This is a great place to hunt on your own or with a whole group of friends. We plan on making it an annual tradition. We actually rebooked for 2023 before our hunt was over.

Great staff. Great prices. Better memories w great friends. Highly recommend coming down to see Bobby and Ricky.

My son and I hunted there twice and are looking to go back in October 2023. Great place to stay, good folks and lots of hogs. The only reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 is that they don't return calls very often. Absent that, it is a great experience.
