The best beef I’ve had! I’ve had the ground beef, New York strip steaks, stew meat, flank steak, short ribs and rump roasts and they are all wonderful cuts really tender and full of flavour! Longhorn meat needs cooking slightly differently to regular meat (slow and low or steaks slightly less per side than you normally would) but it’s amazing when you get the hang of it it’s yummy and also lower in cholesterol/fat so better for your health. B4 Cattle Co. has been a game changer in planning meals. The pandemic made me worry about food shortages and sharpened my already growing concerns with the quality of meat available in the grocery stores. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of beef at B4! The steaks are such high quality that no one will believe the chuck steaks are actually chuck steaks and not higher quality cuts of meat. The roast and hamburger are such a higher quality that they can’t even really be compared to what is available at the grocery store. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the cost is actually affordable. I always bought higher quality beef at the store with less fat and B4’s beef isn’t more expensive than that, but it is in a quality category of its own. I am recommending B4 to everyone.

Grilled one of the ribeyes I purchased. Delicious and huge! Meat is of super high quality. I’ll be purchasing other products soon. Looking forward to trying to lean ground beef as I hate having to drain all the fat when you cook store bought. Will definitely be back!

Easy setup that B4 is running. You place the order and they confirm everything to you. If anything changes they are very good at communication. We love the quality of the meat, plus the price. We get the variety, so it has all the meat groups involved. All the cuts have been extremely pleasing. We will continue to get our fill even after this time of need Has passed.
