I want to give a big shout out to Valdez Ranching & Hunting.. I was surrounded by Elk bugling every single day I would definitely recommend them to anybody if they want too go hunting and get a bull Elk. Thank you for the opportunity. I will be back

Kedrick, the owner of the outfitting company is an outstanding guy. He is a genuine person that really cares about his hunters and has a passion for the outdoors. He isn’t about booking hunters just for profits. I have to admit I was very skeptical being that I’ve been burned so many times by other outfitters. This was the greatest hunt I have ever been on. His wife cooks amazing meals and you never leave hungry. Clovis, my guide had me on a 6pt bull first morning before 7am. Then that afternoon we literally had a bugle fest going on. My wife was with Kedrick but all she had was a deer tag and they had a 340 bull at 15 yards. Then the following morning Clovis got me within 25 yards of a 330 bull and a 360 bull. We were up above them on a cliff face and he was calling and beating bushes and those two giants came rushing in and seen my wife move and busted out. All I needed was 5 steps for them to get clear of the brush. Talk about an experience of a lifetime. That bull behind the tree close up is how close it was to my wife and Kedrick and naturally Clovis and I were above them on the ridge line and she only had a buck tag. But that is how it goes brother. If google had the option I would upload the videos off her phone from the insane action of those two giant bulls that came in and the bugle fest. This is no joke and no I am not getting paid to leave this review I am simple telling everyone how my hunting experience with this outfitter actually went and have the photos to back it up. Clovis, my guide was great. He thought me things I had no knowledge of prior to booking this hunt. He actually took the time to teach me stuff as we were hunting. No other guide has ever done that. I was raised in the outdoors and came away from this trip a much more knowledgeable hunter and outdoorsman. Granted I didn’t harvest a bull this trip but you can bet I will be back next year. If that bull wouldn’t have spotted my wife I had him dead to rights at 25 yards so yes, Clovis my guide did his job perfectly. Thank you guys for an awesome hunting experience.

All I can say is the guy can put em in your lap and his family is amazing! Atmosphere is phenomenal for family environment. I consider him family and I’ve known him for three years and have been hunting with him spring and fall for the last three years and don’t plan to stop! Highly recommend

3rd time hunting with this family, always a pleasure and I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing, Awesome people with a passion for the outdoors and posses the talent to put 300” bulls in your lap. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because 10 is not an option. This family knows how to kill big mature Elk end of story. The food while you’re at camp is second to none, I felt at home from the minute I stepped out the truck.
