Top notch experience all the way around. We joined the Whiskey Slough gang for a 3 day turkey hunt and had a blast! I can’t say enough good stuff about these guys, they are as personable and friendly as they are committed to making your hunting experience the best it can be. We were covered in birds the whole trip and had a lot of laughs at the same time. There are plenty of outfitters out there, but Grant, Justin and Sam have a different focus on what the experience should be- gotta check them out!

Outstanding hunt. The lodging and food and hospitality was excellent. The hunting was fantastic. If there was a way to put 10 stars I would.

We had a great 3 day upland hunt. The camp was a 5 bedroom house. Close enough to town and a golf course. The staff prepared our meals. The food was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The guides and dogs were amazing. We did not limit out every day but that was not the guides fault(our shots were not 100%). The birds were there. Amazing memories. Definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism were top-notch. The guides were not only knowledgeable and experienced but also passionate about what they do—and it showed every step of the way. The property is beautiful and well-managed, offering a perfect blend of natural habitat and strategic setup. We were able to bag four big gobblers, and each hunt was more exciting than the last. The guides put us right on the birds, gave us expert advice, and made sure we had a safe, successful, and fun hunt. Beyond the hunt, the atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or a first-timer, Whiskey Sloughs knows how to deliver a premium experience. We made memories that’ll last a lifetime and can't wait to come back next season! They have great marketing but our experience wasn’t as solid. There weren’t many ducks or geese in the area which i know can be a part of hunting. The issue is that they are charging a premium price and there was no communication from the guides ahead of time about this. They do put in good work scouting and were trying to get us on birds but in the 3 days we were there, only one group had a single good hunt. It was a lot of money and travel time to get skunked on 2 out of 3 of our hunts. I would have bailed on the trip if the guides had been transparent about the lack of birds in the area. Also got food poisoning from one of the meals.
