I called to make a complaint in regard to the required car permit to just drive through and look to see if a park would accommodate my needs. If I were planning a wedding, I would want to see the venue before I put down my deposit. I think it is Ridiculous. That a person would have to pay just to look. Upon calling the state the person I spoke with told me I could park my car and walk through the park. When I questioned parking my car on the highway and the safety of myself and other others would then be in jeopardy. She then said no she was not telling me to do that. Although she did. I’ve read the reviews from other others and I guess that’s where I should have started to realize that this park is not up to standard.

I was really confused trying to figure out how to get going on an application for nonresident deer hunting. I call Nebraska wildlife and I had the pleasure of talking to Ciara. Walked me through the entire process, page by page, and was a great experience for me. Yes, she got me through right to the end!!

If I can give no star, I would. I have called twice in separate occasions and I have received an awful, rude person. If customer service is not your calling, then find somewhere else to work.

My children tried camping again this year at Blue Stem Lake. Unfortunately, the noise, cussing, partying at all hours up into 4:00 a.m. continued again this year. It really is too bad------this is a nice area down by the water. Next to them was a young family with a 3 year old and a 5 week old. I am sure they enjoyed the wild night as well. Probably everyone that was camping heard everything. We pay a yearly park permit and a camping fee and this is a Nebraska Game and Parks camp ground. It needs patrolling!!!!! Not a happy camper after this past weekend. Third year of this--------
