HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! What an amazingly magical place to stay. First off, the location is incredible (there were some road obstructions, and we were contacted prior to our arrival with the best directions to avoid any issues - we arrived smoothly thanks to the detail given) and photos could never capture the beauty you experience staying here. Next came the staff, just wow! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, they truly do everything to give you the best experience. Our room completely captured the lodge vibes, it was perfect! There is no shortage of hot water for a steamy shower after a long day outside and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Lunch, breakfast, and dinner never disappointed. Fresh cooked food for every meal and we never ate the same thing twice. Our wrangler, and the ones we didn't ride with, made sure we had plenty of opportunities to be cowboys ourselves. They made sure those who didn't have riding experience felt comfortable and safe while allowing the more experienced riders to have a little fun (a true rarity with dude ranches). Some highlights from our trip: watching grizzlies from the lookout spot, boat ride in the lake out back, driving cattle, learning to rope, and all of the scenic overlooks. Do not miss an opportunity to visit Hubbard's - we booked our trip for next summer before we even left.

We recently returned from our second visit to Hubbard's, and as with our visit last year, we had an incredible time. We took in everything we could this year, horseback riding (actually moved cattle, not just trail rides), fly fishing, rafted down the Yellowstone River and toured Yellowstone National Park - all excellent. Our fishing guides, park guides, rafting guide and wranglers were simply the best. I have to say that one of the things I appreciate most about Hubbard's is the atmosphere created by the staff and management, you really feel like one of the family. One of the other guests put it best, we were standing on the deck after dinner, looking over the valley and the Yellowstone River when about 20 of the ranch horses came up to graze a bit right in front of the lodge. He turned to me and said "this place is just magical isn't it", had to agree.

Bottom line! Book immediately with confidence for the best adventure holiday ever! You will not be disappointed! 5 stars all the way! I researched thoroughly for an authentic working Dude Ranch in the USA with the real deal experience yet giving us first class accommodations, delicious meals and attentive service! Everything was what we could have dreamt for and more! We felt we were in an Old Western movie with miles of the most breathtaking panoramic scenery from everywhere in the ranch. From the rolling hills, the majestic mountains and the serene trout filled lake on the premises and the wild life all around! The setting was magical and healing. The wonderful owners and fabulous staff were awesome, kind, sweet, attentive and fun. Chaz our Cowboy guide was the real deal and amazing! James our guide for our first ever fly fishing outing was patient and fun and helped us catch large rainbow trout! The whole experience was flawless. Worth treating yourself because when you actually break down the cost with all you receive in return it’s worth every penny! Fabulous place, fabulous people! Book now! Hubbard's Yellowstone Lodge is absolutely incredible! If you're considering it - GO! I surprised my husband with this fly fishing trip to one of the best places to fish in America. It exceeded our expectations. The fishing is stellar! The guides know their stuff. Whether you're a wily veteran fisherman, like my husband, or a first-timer, like me, the guides have so much to offer. Hubbard's service is outstanding: The entire team at Hubbard's embodies a Disney-style service mentality. The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, professional and efficient. The food is truly delicious. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every meal immensely. Not to mention the care taken to provide me with wonderful options that met my gluten-free and diary free needs. The setting is breath-taking. The lodge and accommodations are lovely. We loved the exclusive feel. We look forward to returning.

We loved Hubbards Ranch! I surprised my husband for his 40th birthday with a trip to Montana with friends and we had the absolute best time at Hubbards. Nancy was amazing to work with and helped me plan the perfect trip. Then when Yellowstone had flooding 3 days before our trip, she stayed in constant contact with me to update me on the situation. I greatly appreciated her communications and it helped us to reroute part of our trip. The rooms were excellent - clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and everyone ate well. The views are stunning! I cannot say enough about how beautiful the ranch is. The best parts were of course the staff and guides. Everyone was incredibly friendly, ready to share stories about the area and animals. We really wanted to see some bears but couldn't find them on our own (because we were a little early in the season) so they got the guides to take us out themselves and sure enough we saw some! What great service to help us with that! The owner even came out to ensure we all having a great time and shared stories himself. We had the best time and will definitely return!
