Big H Hunts

This is my sons second year turkey hunting with Big H hunts. Both years Phillip had always put us on birds. We will be back for a 3rd. Highly recommend!

What a great experience for my first deer hunt!! The weather wasn’t cooperating and neither were the deer. Phillip did everything he could to get me on a buck. I’ll be back!!

Had a great time at Big H during the 2023 season. Phillip was an outstanding host. He set me up based on where the morning movement was and stayed in contact with me throughout my hunt. He even hauled the Deer back to my truck with his quad. Will definitely do business here again!

Great stand locations and lots of big healthy deer! Phillip was a great guide and has a good setup for cleaning and skinning Family friendly safe area for hotels and eating so moms can take their kids hunting

Phillip is a very nice and helpful guy. He has some great hunting land. This season wasn’t that great for me. I believe it was a fairly newer farm for Big H. It was a little warm and windy which isn’t anyone’s fault. I do think that with 5 different hunters hunting this property at the same time on opening weekend it ended up being a little over pressured, in my opinion. It just wasn’t feasible to try and hunt the wind direction correctly. The farm is plenty big enough for 5 hunters but it doesn’t allow for many adjustments. In my opinion 3 guy’s on this farm would have been perfect so they could have planned together and not been sending their scent into the bedding areas. Phillip’s a smart guy so I’m sure he’ll get that property figured out going forward.
