Minnesota Heartland Preserve

I was part of a group of 11 that went to MN Heartland last week. We had a great experience. Terry and his entire crew were genuine and cared about our experience. The birds and cover were excellent. We'll certainly be back.

A great place to hunt with good cover and hard flying birds. They are happy to accommodate single hunters. I have enjoyed many hours scratch hunting on this persevere and can say the cover is very similar to what I hunted when I lived in South Dakota, but with a lot less driving. It is also a great to be able to work the dog on pheasents from September to the end of March. The best thing that I did in training my griffon was getting a membership to this preserve.

Had a first time out lab puppy, Terry put birds in good spots, we had fun, that's what heartland is all about, and they deliver .

Absolutely fabulous. For me and especially my 15 year old shorthair. Our thanks go out to Ron Fagen and all who work hard to make this happen.
