Love it here and all the different trails for me and my pup. Its not that many miles in total but if you take a different trail each way then it can add up and be new views to see and smells for the dog to sniff making it a good place for a short walk.
Beautiful place. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the rocks and roots still covered by leaves. This means looking down rather than up. It is peaceful and pretty here. Beautiful small pond in the back of the property. The evergreen trail is moderate but the rest is easy.
I love taking my dog for walks there. It is always nice and quiet, and not busy at all. I might see 1 or 2 cars there. Most of the time it's just me. 👍👍 two thumbs up. Matt
This is an a quiet, secluded area off of the main road. I went on a Wednesday afternoon in mid-December and no one was there, I saw just one car. Follow signs closely to find the right area to park in. The ground was frozen with many ice patches. The trails were clearly marked and each had a different name. There were also a lot of fields along the way that had large spot lights for night games/actives. I also came across a well-kept fire pit area. Most of the trails didn't show up on my All Trails map or Garmin watch. Not sure why, they seem like they're well organized trails & are shown on the maps the nature sanctuary provides upon arrival to the trail head.
Its so peaceful and beautiful, all you here are the sounds of the birds and trees swaying. Anybody who enjoys the outdoors will love this place.
