Canyon Ranch Lenox

I visited Canyon Ranch for the Heal squad retreat. This resort, and it's staff are phenomenal. The retreat was extraordinary and I saw the Canyon Ranch team going out of their way to make sure we all had what we needed and were enjoying our time. They put special touches on everything. The food was great, and I loved my daily lattes/smoothies. I felt there was a wide range of options everyday. I loved the morning yogurt bar. This is definately a place you want to plan ahead to make sure the services you want are available, but I notice a lot opens up the day off so be conscious to take a peek if their is a service you were hoping for. The yoga classes, and heightened state of consciousness were wonderful. The environment and grounds are so peaceful and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I haven't actually been inside in many years. My son works there summers when hes home from college. He loves it. So I was actually dropping him off. But, I know the place is beautiful. Many amenities. We'll staffed. Very safe and accommodating.

Had a Wonderful stay at Canyon Ranch. Definitely will come back soon. Grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. The staff are all so attentive and kind. Overall a great relaxing experience that was also full of adventure

I’ve visited the Lenox CR several times over the years for both extended stays and day passes. It was such a peaceful retreat- however the new management seems to be working on making it mainstream and ‘cutesy’. The massage yurt, the instagram selfies and a guy lounging smoking a cigar on the property was all a little too much. It’s losing its healing retreat feel and starting to feel like a Vegas spa. Bring back MM.

Our stay was a letdown from start to finish. The food was disappointing and far from worth the price. Before our trip, we reached out by email for help planning activities but never received a reply. Upon arrival, we found that all massages and most activities were already booked(their app doesnt even work). It’s frustrating that activities are offered but limited to only four people, making it nearly impossible to participate. Overall, poor communication and lack of availability left us feeling the experience wasn’t worth the cost.
