Do not waste your hard earned money here! You might see deer but they won't get close enough to harvest, nor does Giles set you up for the opportunity to be close enough and successful. In addition, the guide has no vested interest in the success of your hunt. The guide does not care, in fact the one I had urinated from the tree stand while I was hunting! I asked to hunt in a different tree stand several times considering the deer pattern, wind direction and the guide wouldn't even consider it. I got food poisoning and we lost heat in our cabin. We made several attempts to contact Giles about our poor experience and they did not have enough common courtesy to respond.

I am an avid hunter and have been there multiple times without even one opportunity between myself and multiple hunters in my group. Giles island is more interested in your money than your success, and I highly do not recommend!
