Walker Gamebirds & Hunting Preserve

My son and I had an awesome day at Walker Hunting Preserve! Our guide, Kenny, along with his dog Toby and Boomer, kept us on birds all morning. This was our second time to hunt at Walker ranch and we'll be back. There's no better bird hunting in this area! 11/22/24

Great family Jame is a great guy I have been going for 4yrs this will be my 5th year going. I enjoy myself every-time I go and my dogs love it. If you haven't tried Walker Game birds you're missing out on some fun.

Our group of 10 had an absolute blast at Walker Gamebirds this past weekend. The hunting was excellent and the owner James, his two sons Dylan and Tanner, as well as longtime guide, Kenny, were top notch in customer service, hospitality, and management of hunting. This is one the best outfitters most of us have worked with over the years. The staff ensured that both experienced shooters and those a little newer to the sport had both challenging birds and easier birds, all while ensuring safety for the hunters and dogs. Overall, Kenny and Dylan did an outstanding job guiding both groups and ensured we had a chance at every opportunity. The dogs are top notch as well and worked hard. We are already planning next year’s trip up to Kansas. Thank you, Walker Game Birds, and we look forward to seeing you next year in the field!

What a great time! We did the full day hunt, and shot a bunch of birds! Our guide was great (Tanner), and the dogs were pretty good too. They worked us in last minute too. Friendly folks, and reasonably priced. Would go again in a second!

Awesome experience! I can’t recommend walker gamebirds and hunting preserve enough. Our guide was top notch, and the dogs (Murphy and Boomer) kept us on the birds all day. If you’re looking for a great hunt in KS, this is the place!
