Eckman Gamebird Farm & Hunting

I wish I could give more stars. Lane was our guide today and this young man is truly an asset to the Eckman farm. He is an excellent guide! It's a beautiful farm with awesome dogs and everyone so very friendly and accommodating. Our hunters were successful (even tho a little rusty!), but everyone had a great day and made great memories.

Great place to work your young dog on birds. Close to KC. We enjoyed our two hunts and the birds few good. Mark runs a nice family owned business. We will be back!

The guide was amazing, the dogs were amazing, and can't wait for my next trip. Been going for three years now and every time it gets better and better.

We just finished a pheasant hunt today. With a high of 12 degrees, we thought would be quite cold. Eckman's changed our hunting area so we were in food plots right behind a huge stand of trees and constantly in bright sun - so virtually no wind and plenty of warmth. Within an hour we were shedding layers as we were too warm!! Needless to say, we had a great time. They are exceptionally contentiousness about setting up each hunt for the benefit of their customers. Mike and Ethan are the kind of people you hope for as neighbors. Everything was perfect.
