Federwild Plantation

Amazing experience. Karl and the team truly know how to host a group of hunters. We spent 3 days eating phenomenal food and sharing stories of the glory days. We arrived with a small group for two quail hunts and had a larger group arrive later for a European pheasant hunt. There are accommodations for 16 hunters and enough food and drinks for a small army. I will return with my immediate and extending family next year for quail.

Just got back from my second trip to Federwild for quail hunting. It ws a fantastic experience in all respects. The people are all doing their best to make the stay wonderful. The food is outstanding and for lunch we had quail and pheasant which were both excellent. The rooms are comfortable and I had a great night sleep. The hunting is world class. The guides and dogs are so good at making the experience the best. They find lots of birds and help as much as a person needs.. They are respectful and super friendly. To sum it up they treat you just like family. I am already looking forward to another day of hunting at Federwild.

What an amazing experience! Being a long time outdoorsman I had high expectations and I can tell you all of which have been exceeded. The attention to detail with lodging, food, and the actual hunt was incredible. A beautiful South Georgia property, awesome dogs and even better people. Can’t wait for next year! Beautiful acreage. Staff was cordial and friendly the food was out of this world excellent. Great hunt with experienced guide and dogs. If I could I would give it a 10 star rating and would definitely encourage anyone wanting a quality south Georgia plantation quail hunt to book with Federwild Plantation.

Great hunting, great facilities and super great people. Eric and Danny are great guides and go the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great time. Robert runs a tight ship and is very knowledgeable about the business. Great food and accommodations as well. Overall a first class operation.
