Hidden Palms Ranch

My family and I had an incredible time on the horseback trail ride! The owner and guides were so friendly, kind and welcoming, the horses were gentle, healthy, and clearly well cared for, and the trail and ranch scenery were absolutely beautiful. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy together as a family! Highly recommend!

We booked the horse experience for our 5 year-old granddaughter as a special birthday gift and what a treat! Becky took such great care in explaining all about horses and what is involved in caring for them. Our granddaughter leaned so much and absolutely loved “decorating” Magic with flowers before her ride. The ride was much more than I ever imagined with several trips around the pond and the feel of a quick cantor! A visit with bunnies and chickens afterwards was the icing on top. What a priceless memory! Thank you HPR! We hope to return one day.

I can’t say enough good things about Hidden Palms Ranch! The whole experience was amazing! It was such an amazing experience. I took my daughter who is 11years old on her first trail ride, she has been asking to go on one for a while. A wonderful way to start spring break! We were greeted kindly by the owner and shown what Horse has been to be on. Then she went over all the instructions. She made she we felt confident with understanding them. Our trail guide was wonderful, she told use some fun facts about things on the trail and even stoped to take a few pictures of us on the trail! We even spotted a bald eagle on the way back. The trail was so peaceful and relaxing! Over all the experience was amazing. We will definitely be back soon!

The owner Beki makes it a fun camp for the kids, while having an eye on safety. The kids get to experience all about taking care of horses and riding. It's a nice 5-acre property that adjoins hundreds of acres owned by the county for the trail rides. The 1/4 mile of driving each way on the Oakway access road to the property is paved but is single car narrow where close attention to opposing traffic and the roadside is needed.

Beautiful ranch with gorgeous horses! Amazing private trail ride for our anniversary and very easy for beginners. Will be going back to see the sunflowers bloom!
