I had a great experience at West Fork Outfitters. The lodge is a cool place to hang after a day of hunting . we had great meals every day. even though the hunting was slow, Richard went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. I personally will be back, and would tell anyone looking for a honest guide give Richard a call! Thanks again for a great trip.

Had a great hunt last week at West Fork Outfitters, thanks Richard for the opportunity! The lodge was fantastic and the food was great. It also helped that the birds had flown in from the north due to the cold front. We had a great time interacting with the guides, and trigger was a fantastic addition to our hunt. Watching him work was a real treat.

Great experience, good locations set up to hunt from. We got 24 geese in the pit blind, my first hunt in one of those, great start to a stellar week of hunting. Fortunately for us the weather got cold up north and pushed the birds our way. We had one bad day but still took 66 ducks & geese between the 4 of us. Plenty of home cooked meals to eat, you won't leave the table hungry. One evening our cook had to go to the emergency room for her son, Richard had the guides take us out to dinner at his expense. Conner was a great guide and fun to be with. He scouted each night to get us in the best place possible, we even went with him the first time or two. The owner has several well-trained hunting dogs, the one we got was phenomenal first time in 6 years I have hunted with a dog, it was awesome. We got lucky and got trigger, who is a very highly decorated hunting dog. A lot of ribbons to show his worth. Richard the owner was very responsive, before, during & after the hunt. We had a loose stock on one of our guns & he responded quickly & offered tools on the property for our use. His desire is for everyone to have as good of a hunt as nature & weather allows. We will definitely be coming back next year.

What a trip, I've never seen this many ducks and geese in my life. I'm a board member for Beverly Woods Fishing and Hunting with Kids Foundation. We booked a hunt with Richard Groves here at West Fork Outfitters for two of our kids and we all had a grate time. The two young boys were new to Duck hunting so our guide Trevor Harris took the time to explain everything to them, and help to teach them how to lead the duck to make the shoots count. The atmosphere at the Lodge was great, very clean and the fridge was stocked. The food that was prepared for us each day made us feel like we were at home. Give Richard a call and book a trip, I promise you will be coming back.
