Pursell Farms

Pursell Farms is a one of a kind place. From the moment you arrive to the moment you check out, everyone makes you feel welcomed and right at home. The golf is some of the best golf around. Randy is one of the best people about Pursell. Keith at the restaurant is also amazing!

We enjoyed a 2-night stay at Purcell Farms . The grounds were scenic and relaxing. Our first night, we dined in the Pub. Our second night we dined in the main restaurant. Both nights we had great service and good food. We really enjoyed the pool, which backs up to views of the golf course’s lush hills. Set even further out, we were easily able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains. Truly a peaceful “unplug”from the busyness of everyday life!

Stayed and played with three of my friends, great place to stay, dining was great, golf course was beautiful. Only issue we had was when we booked trip and made starting times, we were not made aware that they had just punched the greens. If you've ever played on punched greens, no fun. We were very disappointed after driving over 7 hours. I would still recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped here on our way home from the Florida Panhandle. Wanted to get off I65 and enjoy the area some. This is a great stop. My husband liked the drive (mostly 231) compared to I65. The Inn and grounds were spectacular. All of the staff was fantastic. Food and bar were great!! My husband said the rib eye at the pub was one of the best he had ever had. The breakfast at Arrington was great too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little gem. We had a little time before dinner and rented a golf cart and explored the farm....truly memorable.

We were staying at Pursell farms for a wedding on site, which was absolutely beautiful. One of the things I wanted to do while being there was go to the petting zoo. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by Savannah Logan who was both outgoing and friendly. She talked about the animals, and let us feed the them. It was very clear that she was both knowledgeable and loving towards the animals in her care. Our experience with the petting zoo and Savannah was very pleasurable! Thanks Savannah!
