Blackwell Bend Hunting Lodge

I’ve known Frank for over thirty years. Frank is one of the most knowledgeable outdoorsmen I’ve ever known. He has won 3d tournaments on a national level and even crowned National Champion. But more impressive to me is his ability to put people on deer. He was a great mentor to me and took me under his wing as a novice. 300 deer later his love and knowledge for the sport was a great gift. One I hope to pass along as well. Tons of love and utmost respect to Frank he knows his outdoors as well as anyone out there period. Thanks Frank for the precious moments you showed patience and shared you bow hunting knowledge. Another excellent hunt. This time son with me. Frank works hard and 4th yr hunting with him was best yet. We filled the freezer, our bucks combined weight 350 lbs. Thanks Frank booking for next yr.

Our group had a great 5 day hunt. Frank Carr the owner and his guy Friday Kelly did a great job going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and Max our chances of taking a trophy buck. I was fortunate to take a 8pt 190lb buck. I would recommend Blackwell Bend hunting lodge for any hunters looking for chance to take a trophy buck

Really enjoyed our stay, 3 hunters in my group. My cousin got a 9 point and a doe, I got a 7 point, and my dad got a doe. Nice camp, Great guides, good accommodations. I wish we saw more bucks but that's hunting.
